Ex: Migraine/headache treatment, kidney stones/infection, gastroenteritis requiring IV therapies, asthma, chest pain requiring blood work and/or imaging, abdominal pain requiring blood work and/or imaging, vaginal bleeding in pregnancy requiring blood work and/or imaging, fracture management with reduction and immobilization, complex laceration repair (>7 cm or requiring multi-layer closure).
UrgentMD providers reserve the right to select treatment level based on clinical judgement. Any person who is required to make a payment contrary to the provisions of section 22.0.1 of the Health Insurance Act is entitled to claim reimbursement from the Régie de l’assurance maladie du Québec. Services are performed by Clinique UrgentMD (514-329-1999). THESE ARE PRIVATE EXAMINATIONS, AND THEREFORE ARE NOT SERVICES COVERED BY THE RÉGIE DE L’ASSURANCE MALADIE DU QUÉBEC.

Membership pricing options
Plan 1
Urgent Care
$1,199
Offers unlimited same or next day care for urgent non-life-threatening issues, managed on-site by ER practitioners. This plan includes all urgent care needs, from common colds to kidney stones and minor procedures like stitching.
Plan 2
Comprehensive Health Exam
$1,999
Includes unlimited urgent care visits and an annual physical with one follow-up by our family doctor. This plan covers a comprehensive set of tests at no extra cost; additional blood work will be out of pocket:
- Blood and urine testing (based upon personal risk profile)
- Complete blood count
- Biochemistry
- Kidney and liver function testing
- A resting ECG
- Imaging and other testing required will be again based on personal risk profile but can include a chest X-ray and abdominal ultrasound
Plan 3
Primary Care
$3,999
This package encompasses all offerings of Plan 2 with the addition of a dedicated family physician available based on schedule, and all follow-ups included. Additional costs may apply for new blood work and imaging not included in the annual physical.
All plans include access to TELUS Virtual Health at no additional cost for members and their families.
